Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally included in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
